Following intervention by an on-site technician, the server did not respond to power actions locally. The server was subsequently disconnected and unracked for testing. After verifying its stability, it was racked again and brought back online. We assume that the issue could have been just the server getting hung up. However, to conduct a more thorough investigation, we have scheduled a hardware test to verify the integrity of all hardware components and prevent potential future downtime caused by hardware malfunctions.
