Dark Fiber Equipment Upgrade

The dark fiber provider of our Miami datacenter will be performing an equipment upgrade. They plan to perform a hot cut between equipment. During this time, you may experience brief periods of poor routing or complete unavailability on your Miami services.

Emergency Maintenance - Switch Replacement

A failing switch will be replaced by a new pre-configured switch to resolve issues and reduce potential future downtime. We do not expect this maintenance to last the entire maintenance window.
